Limit of Liability
Pros in Shade are responsible for manufacturing the awnings according to the specifications set forth by the customer. All Pros in Shade products are custom made and cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund. Pros in Shade will only replace products which are determined to be defective. Pros in Shade are only responsible for the awnings made according to specifications determined by customer and the materials to install the awnings. Pros in Shade are not responsible for any costs for labor, materials or freight provided by others.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made within 3 days. It is imperative we receive a phone call as well as an email notification. Manufacturing of your awnings will begin with in 72 hours of your order being placed.

Return Policy
All awnings purchased through Pros in Shade are custom made according to customer specification, as such Pros in Shade does not offer returns or refunds after the initial 3 day cancellation period. It is mandatory the measurements and specifics are accurate when placing the order.

Products damaged during freight and defective materials will be exchanged for replacement only. Freight damage MUST BE documented with the carrier at the time of delivery.

Warranty
Pros in Shade warrants its products workmanship for one year from date of purchase. Material and other products are covered under the manufactures warranty. Most have a warranty for 5 years from date of purchase. Please contact Pros in Shade to determine eligibility of warranty. The warranty excludes any injury due to negligence of improperly maintained or installed products or acts of nature.

IMPORTANT

  • Pros in Shade awnings are custom made according to customer selections and measurements. We do not offer returns or refunds. Please double check the accuracy of the information before ordering. If there is a mistake please call within 72 hours of order to clarify the information.
  • The customers is responsible for all measurements and installation of the awnings. Any costs incurred otherwise are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Any product damaged during shipping or any product that is defective must be reported immediately.
  • Any damages caused by in climate weather, acts of nature or negligence are not covered by the warranty.
  • Pros in Shade awnings are not manufactured for snow loads. In areas where snow becomes a mitigating factor, awnings should be removed for winter.
